toilet - It is a sewage tank for the sewerage system connected to the COV, which is also located on the land a few steps from the place of construction. Please keep the boat clean, there is a watering can on site. The sachette is located just in front of the stone wall next to the building, which you will see as you approach the property.
drinking water - Water can be drawn from the freely accessible tap, which is cleverly hidden in the old stable on the left next to the front door. Accessible at any time, including the possibility of sitting in the stable. There is also a watering can.
power - Electricity through the extension cable. The cable is set up in a small barn window that you will find on the outside of the building as you look from the pond to the driveway. It's the small oblong window closest to the left of the road. Better equip yourself with your own extension cord just in case.

Greywater (shower, hand washing) - Please pour the grey water behind the compost, which is located behind the small nut/wood stack towards the forest. Only water from the organic wash! You are in a protected area, but we want a clean landscape for our children!
Chemical toilet - The chemical toilet can be poured a few steps from the place of the tent into the waste tank which is located directly on the property. Keep clean the boat and the surroundings of the boat!!!You can rinse the toilet cartridge with water from the pond (there is a watering can by the pond) and pour it back into the boat.
In rainy weather, access to the property may be difficultThe driveway is paved, sterkova...In winter it is maintained and ploughed. The land itself is grassy but not a problem even under heavy rain...the tent is placed a few steps from the driveway, where there is also a solid base...in the past, the farm was used for farming purposes and there was farming equipment, so the terrain is adapted to it...
Restriction of the access road
Please do not park on the access road, it is also used by other tourists and citizens.

There is a marked route for cycling trips. Marked cycling routes through beautiful countryside/forest.
fishing
Possibility of fishing in the nearby Milovy, Křižany, or in the castle orchards in Zdar n Saz., where the catch is certain;).
climbing
Nearby is the rock formation Dratenicky in the village of Blatiny, which is very popular with climbers. The peak of Devet skal or Ctyri palice is certainly worth a visit, not only for mountaineers. A nice walk is also to the Petrified Castle.

Ski slope in the village. Right next to the property there are ski tracks.
water sports
Who dares, can jump into the pond, it is forest water with dew, therefore the golden brown colour. The alternative is the local swimming pool, which offers a larger area, but the water is of the same origin and color;).

walking and hiking
Starting point for hiking trails. Nine Rocks, Zakova hora, Ctyri palice and a lot of natural karsts. Ponds, rocks, wells.

A short distance from the property is a forest asphalt road about 2km long, minimally frequented, where you can skate and ride with small spunts on a bike.

After agreement with the owner, a horse ride is possible in the neighbouring village of Heralec.

It is a quiet location, a place suitable for families with children or relaxed people who want to take a break from the city. It is not suitable for night parties. If you come with a pet, please clean up after it and do not allow it to pollute the surroundings of the property for other campers or tourists!
